2024–2026 Holiday Rambler INVICTA and FORTIS motorhomes (REV Recreation Group, sold under Holiday Rambler/Fleetwood RV) are affected; you can recognise them by model name and year. The paddle latch for the liquid propane (LP) compartment doors may lock on its own, preventing the doors from opening and potentially delaying access to the LP system in an emergency, increasing the risk of fire or injury. REV Group will notify owners by mail and advise taking the motorhome to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, replace the paddle latch.
How to identify it
2024–2026 Holiday Rambler INVICTA
2024–2026 Holiday Rambler FORTIS
The hazard
On certain motorhomes, the paddle latch for the liquid propane (LP) compartment doors may lock on its own. As a result, the doors may not be able to be opened.
Compartment doors that can't be opened could delay access to the LP system in an emergency and increase the risk of fire and/or injury.
What to do
REV Group will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your motorhome to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, replace the paddle latch.
