The 2026 Leisure Travel Vans UNITY motorhome by Triple E is affected; its compliance and cargo-carrying capacity labels incorrectly state there are 4 seats instead of 2, causing the number of seat belts to not match occupant capacity. The labels were recalled because the incorrect seating capacity could increase the risk of injury if occupants are unbelted. Triple E will mail new compliance and cargo-carrying capacity labels to owners, and dealers can install them free of charge if owners want help.
How to identify it
2026 Leisure Travel Vans UNITY
The hazard
On a small number of motorhomes, the compliance label and cargo-carrying capacity label don't list the correct seating capacity. The labels incorrectly state that there are 4 seats. The labels should list that there are 2 seats. As a result, the number of seat belts in the vehicle doesn't match the occupant capacity.
Not wearing a seat belt can increase the risk of injury in a crash.
What to do
Triple E will mail a new compliance label and cargo-carrying capacity label to each owner. If you'd like help to install them, you can contact a Triple E dealer to have them installed free of charge.
