2024-2025 Phoenix and other models recall: Wheelchair lift may inadvertently move

Certain 2024–2025 Phoenix and 2025–2026 Metrolite transit buses equipped with certain S‑Series wheelchair platform lifts are affected; identify affected vehicles by model year and the presence of an S‑Series lift. Dealers will correct the wiring by installing two diodes free of charge; owner notification letters were mailed July 31, 2026, and owners can contact Coach and Equipment at 1‑800‑724‑8464.
