Canada2022–2026 Chrysler PACIFICA and GRAND CARAVAN minivans are recalled in Canada; affected vehicles are those model years of the PACIFICA and GRAND CARAVAN. The side curtain airbags may not have been manufactured properly and could fail to inflate in a crash, increasing the risk of injury. FCA Canada will notify owners in writing and advise taking the vehicle to a dealership to replace the side curtain airbag(s), as necessary.

The hazard
On certain vehicles, the side curtain airbag(s) may not have been manufactured properly. As a result, the airbag(s) may not inflate properly in a crash.
Note: This is an expansion of Transport Canada recalls 2025-291 and 2025-454.
A side curtain airbag that doesn't work properly could increase the risk of injury in a crash.
What to do
FCA Canada will notify owners in writing and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the side curtain airbag(s), as necessary.
