The recall affects 2026 Coachmen ENTOURAGE motorhomes that were incorrectly manufactured with eight seat belts instead of the required seven. Because each belted seating position is included in the cargo carrying capacity calculation, the incorrect number could cause an erroneous cargo capacity and lead to overloading, poor handling or a tire failure that could result in a crash. Forest River will instruct the dealer to remove one seat belt before the motorhome is delivered; the affected motorhome has not been delivered to a customer.
How to identify it
2026 Coachmen ENTOURAGE
The hazard
One motorhome was incorrectly manufactured with eight seat belts, but only seven should have been installed. As a result, the cargo carrying capacity would be incorrect, as the weight of each belted seating position is included in that calculation. This could lead to overloading of the motorhome and cause poor handling or a tire failure.
Poor handling or a tire failure could cause a loss of control and result in a crash.
What to do
The affected motorhome has not been delivered to a customer. Forest River will instruct the dealer to remove one of the seat belts before the motorhome is delivered.
