Heeve® 3-Tonne 3.2m x 390mm Aluminium Loading Ramps recall

Heeve® 3-Tonne 3.2m x 390mm aluminium loading ramps (3.2 m long, 390 mm wide, 3,000 kg rating) manufactured with production numbers prior to RCPO242 (particularly RCPO222 and RCPO231) and units bearing a 2025 sticker showing SKU H0019 and Load Capacity 1500 KG are affected. They are missing a 10 mm flat-bar reinforcement welded along the top connection plate, which may cause the ramp to fail and can result in death, serious injury or property damage. Stop using affected ramps immediately and contact Ramp Champ Customer Service to confirm if your ramp is affected and to arrange a refund.

What's being recalled

Pairs of aluminium loading ramps for loading and unloading heavy wheeled or tracked equipment onto and off trucks or trailers. The affected ramps are 3.2 m long and 390 mm wide and are rated to 3,000 kg.

All production numbers prior to RCPO242 (particularly RCPO222 and RCPO231) are affected.

The hazard

The ramps are missing a structural reinforcement at the top of the ramp, which may cause the ramp to fail while in use.

Risk of death or serious injury and/or property damage if the ramp collapses and causes heavy equipment to topple or fall. Incidents of the ramp failing have occurred.

What to do

Stop using the affected ramps immediately. Affected units do not have a 10 mm flat-bar reinforcement welded along the top connection plate at the end of the ramp that attaches to the trailer. Affected ramps have a sticker with the following details:

Year of Manufacture: 2025

Product SKU: H0019

Load Capacity: 1500 KG
