2023–2026 Honda ACCORD HYBRID and 2023–2026 Honda CR‑V HYBRID vehicles in Canada are affected; they can be identified by model and model year. The tire repair kit nozzle may not be properly attached to the tire valve, allowing pressure to build in the sealant bottle and possibly causing the bottle cap to detach, which could increase the risk of injury. Honda will notify owners by mail and advise taking the vehicle to a dealership to replace the nozzle; previously used sealant bottles will be replaced.
How to identify it

2023–2026 Honda CR-V HYBRID
The hazard
On certain vehicles, if the tire repair kit nozzle is not properly attached to the tire valve, pressure could build up in the sealant bottle. As a result, excessive pressure could cause the bottle cap to detach.
If the bottle cap detaches, it could increase the risk of injury.
What to do
Honda will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the nozzle on the tire repair kit. If the sealant bottle has been previously used, it will be replaced.
