2026 Prevost H3-45 VIP and 2026 Prevost H3-45 COACH buses are affected; they can be identified by those model names. On a small number of buses the driver’s side mirror may not be properly attached and could fall off, creating a road hazard and reducing rear visibility which could increase the risk of a crash. Prevost will notify owners by mail and advise taking the bus to a Prevost service centre to inspect and, if necessary, replace the side mirror.
How to identify it
2026 Prevost H3-45 VIP
2026 Prevost H3-45 COACH
The hazard
On a small number of buses, the driver's side mirror may not be properly attached. As a result, the mirror could fall from the bus.
A mirror that falls from the bus could create a road hazard for others. A missing mirror will reduce rear visibility. Both issues could increase the risk of a crash.
What to do
Prevost will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your bus to a Prevost service center to inspect and, if necessary, replace the side mirror.
