A detached solar panel could separate from the vehicle while driving and create a hazard. Thor Motor Coach will notify owners by mail and asks owners to take their motorhome to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, replace the solar panel mounting brackets.

The hazard
On certain motorhomes, the solar panel mounting brackets could loosen or break. If this happens, the solar panel could separate from the vehicle while driving.
A solar panel that detaches from the vehicle could create a hazard for others and increase the risk of a crash.
What to do
Thor Motor Coach will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your motorhome to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, replace the solar panel mounting brackets.
