They may inflate and heat rapidly, become very hot and burst open, posing a risk of serious burn injuries and skin or eye irritation; incidents have occurred. Stop using them immediately, keep them out of reach of children, do not open packs that are still in their packaging, and return the product to The Reject Shop for a full refund with proof of purchase or return the unopened product/packaging; see The Reject Shop website for details.

The hazard
When the product is used, it may inflate and heat rapidly. The product can become very hot and burst open.
Risk of serious burn injuries and irritation to the skin or eyes if the product overheats or bursts while in use. Incidents of the warmer overheating and bursting have occurred.
What to do
Stop using the product immediately and keep it out of reach of children.
If the product is still in its packaging, do not open it.
Return the product to The Reject Shop for a full refund. Provide proof of purchase and/or return the unopened product or packaging where possible.
