2025–2026 Nissan KICKS SUVs are affected; owners can recognize them by the model and model years 2025–2026. A software problem can cause the instrument cluster not to display when the vehicle is started, preventing visibility of the speedometer, gear selection indicators, warning lights and malfunction tell-tales, which could increase crash risk. Nissan will notify owners by mail and advise taking the vehicle to a dealership to update the instrument cluster software.
