Affected vehicles are 2024–2025 Toyota HIGHLANDER HYBRID and 2025 Toyota HIGHLANDER SUVs. On a small number of vehicles the bolt that secures the third-row center seat belt upper anchor to the roof may not have been installed properly, allowing the seat belt to loosen or detach in a crash.
