How to make a chore chart
- List the jobs that matter in your home, or pick from the ideas.
- Add who does each one, and the room for a cleaning rota, then choose boxes, circles or stars for the days.
- Print a fresh chart each week or use a dry-erase sleeve.

An editable chore column, optional who, room and how-often columns, and a box, circle or star for each day, with as many rows as your home needs. Use the whole week or weekdays only, and stripe the rows to make them easier to read across.

What is this chore chart useful for?
Families, roommates and couples sharing recurring household jobs, and weekly cleaning rotas. You decide which jobs and schedules make sense; it is a flexible checklist, not a cleaning standard.
How do I make a cleaning schedule with it?
Turn on the Room column under Extra columns, replace the starter chores with your cleaning jobs or pick them from the ideas, and spread them across the week. Circles make a rota easy to tick off.
Do I need an account?
No. The planner runs in your browser without an account, and its saved settings stay on this device.
Will it print at the right size?
Choose US Letter, A4, A5 or Half Letter in the Page settings. The page is set to that size, so choose Actual size or 100% in the print dialog.
Can I change how it looks?
Yes. Pick one of four designs, ten colours or your own, four fonts and ruled, dotted or blank writing lines. Save ink turns off coloured fills for cheaper printing.
