How to make a mood tracker

  1. Choose a week, a month or a year in pixels.
  2. Write what each mark means to you in the key, or leave it blank.
  3. Mark one circle or square each day, adding a word of context if it helps.

What’s on the page

Each day has a row of circles to mark, with optional energy, sleep and note columns, or a year in pixels shows the whole year on one page. The key is yours to write: there are no scores or medical interpretation.

Options

  • A week, a month or a year in pixels
  • 3 or 5 marks to choose from
  • Energy, sleep and note columns
  • A key in your own words
  • Four designs, ten colours or your own, four fonts and ruled, dotted or blank lines
