How to print return address labels
- Type your name and address the way it should look, one line at a time.
- Pick your sheet: Avery 5167 holds 80 small labels, 5160 holds 30 larger ones.
- Choose how many sheets to fill, mark any labels already used, then download and print.
Good to know
The first line is bold and every line is centred, the usual look for return address labels. Change either under Text, or pick a bigger label for a longer address.
Questions
How small can the text be?
Text shrinks to fit down to 6 pt, about as small as stays easy to read. Three lines fit on a ½ × 1¾ in label at 7 to 8 pt.
Can I make labels for several people at once?
Yes. Switch to “A label per row”, paste the addresses as a list, and each row becomes a label.
Will my address be saved?
Only in this browser, so it's there next time. Nothing is uploaded, and Reset clears it.
Is my list uploaded?
No. The labels and the PDF are made in your browser, so your list never leaves your computer.
Why don't my labels line up?
Print at Actual size or 100%, not Fit to page. If they're still off, print the alignment test on plain paper, hold it against a label sheet, and move the content with Nudge.
