Questions
How do I print it at the right size?
Choose “Actual size” or 100% in the print dialog, not “Fit to page”, and load the same paper size as the PDF. Then a 1/4 inch square measures exactly 1/4 inch.
Is it free?
Yes. Every paper is free to make, download and print as often as you like, with no account and no watermark.
Which paper sizes can I print on?
US Letter, Legal and Tabloid, and A3, A4 and A5, in portrait or landscape. Grids and lines adjust to fill whatever size you choose.
Are my settings saved?
In this browser only. Each paper remembers what you last chose, and Reset puts the starting settings back.
About
Graph paper with 1/4 inch or 5 mm squares, dot grid pages for a bullet journal, isometric and hexagon grids, college and wide ruled notebook paper, primary handwriting lines, Cornell notes, blank sheet music and calligraphy guide sheets.
Choose the spacing, paper size, margins and line colour, watch the page change as you go, and download a PDF with as many pages as you need. Letter, Legal, Tabloid, A3, A4 and A5 are all supported, in portrait or landscape, with no account.
How it works
- Exact sizes. Squares, lines and dots are drawn as vectors at their real size, so a 1/4 inch square measures 1/4 inch when you print at 100%.
- Whole squares. Grids are centred inside your margins with no half squares at the edges.
- What you see is what prints. The preview and the PDF are drawn from the same shapes.
- Made in your browser. The PDF is built on your device and downloads straight away.
Notes
Print at “Actual size” or 100%: “Fit to page” shrinks the grid slightly. Settings are remembered in your browser only.
